Today at work, we tried talking a client out of adding a gender-filter in their web-shop. Basically, they want people to be able to see all the boys toys and all the girls toys seperately (of course anything that’s ‘unisex’ would go in both categories) and we said that wouldn’t work (see below). We had an interesting discussion about it and they said they’d give it some more thought.
